Recording Studio Opening

October 29, 2014 By Garden Street Academy

Garden Street Academy Recording Studio Ribbon Cutting

Senior Emily cuts the ribbon to officially open GSA’s recording studio.

October 28th was the official opening of our recording studio, kicked off with a ribbon-cutting by senior Emily who has been involved in the music program for several years. The studio was buzzing with excitement as community members, professional musicians, parents, students and staff got to check out the amazing space, recording gear and musical instruments.

The state-of-the-art studio will provide exciting opportunities for students to create and record music. Ninth grader Max shared with guests about his work thus far in the Recording elective. Thanks to all who attended this landmark event on our campus for a program that will broaden and support the musical talents of our students for years to come.
