The 4th-8th grade classes had a fantastic field trip to the Reagan Presidential Library last week. Students were able to get an inside peek at Reagan’s life and legacy as an influential president.
They walked through Air Force One, touched a piece of the Berlin Wall, and took a stroll through a replica of Reagan’s Oval Office. They also got to stand in the shoes of President Reagan and get a feel for what it was like to read a teleprompter from a podium. We enjoyed some fun interesting trivia as well; ask your 4th-8th graders what significance Jelly Bellies had for President Reagan!
